- Pumpkin puree500 g
- Ground beef400 g
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Olives60 g
- Catupiry200 g
- Mozzarella100 g
- Parsley and chives to taste
- Olive oil1/2 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Pumpkin puree, it's now available in feed!
- Heat a little oil in a pan, then add the ground beef, let it brown and then start to stir so that it loosens up.
- When the water dries up, add the onion and sauté a little more, then add the olives, parsley and chives, adjust salt and pepper.
- At the bottom of a refractory, add a little puree, spread it well, and on top add the ground meat, the catupiry.
- Finally, add another layer of puree and the mozzarella, take it to a preheated oven at 200ºC until golden.
