Pumpkin puree, it's now available in feed!
Heat a little oil in a pan, then add the ground beef, let it brown and then start to stir so that it loosens up.
When the water dries up, add the onion and sauté a little more, then add the olives, parsley and chives, adjust salt and pepper.
At the bottom of a refractory, add a little puree, spread it well, and on top add the ground meat, the catupiry.
Finally, add another layer of puree and the mozzarella, take it to a preheated oven at 200ºC until golden.
