- Coconut milk | 200 ml
- Xylitol Sweetener | 3 tablespoon
- Milk powder or (coconut milk powder) | 6 tablespoon
- Chocolate Bar 80% melted cocoa | 100 g
- In a pan, place the coconut milk, xylitol and powdered milk (or powdered coconut milk).
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until it thickens like porridge.
Add the grated coconut, stir to incorporate. Turn off the fire, put it in a container, wait to cool and take the fridge for 30 min.
- Take portions of the dough, shape as desired and pass in the melted chocolate. Place in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
