  1. Season the samom with just salt, put in a frying pan a thread of olive oil and the salmon, let it grill over low heat.
  2. In a pan with water and salt, put the broccoli and cauliflower to cook.
  3. Place the cauliflower and cooked broccoli on a plate, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and drizzle with olive oil. Put the salmon on the side and enjoy.
