  • 1 cup of yogurt170 ml
  • Cup of oat flakes (same as yogurt cup)1 unit(s)
  • Oatmeal cup (same as yogurt cup)1 unit(s)
  • coconut oil or olive oil2/3 tablespoon
  • Baking powder for baking powder1 teaspoon
  • coconut sugar or other sweetener – depends on the type of yogurt you use2/3 tablespoon
  • Apple or other fruit1 to taste
  • Cinnamon powder (optional)1 dessert spoon
  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. In a blender or kitchen robot, place the natural yogurt (we used the yogurt cup for the remaining measures), coconut sugar, oat flakes, flour, olive oil and eggs. Shake well. Add the yeast and mix again. Distribute in molds or in a large form. Place in the oven for about 25 minutes.
