- Washed medium cabbage01 unit(s)
- Turmeric1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil02 tablespoon
- Liquid smoke02 tablespoon
- Chopped green onions to taste
- Pepper flakes to taste
- Salt Sharela to taste
- Cut the cabbage in half and cut each half into 4 pieces.
- In a container, mix the oil, saffron and liquid smoke.
- Brush the mixture on each piece of cabbage.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and let it heat up.
- Place the cabbage pieces and grill for 4 minutes on each side.
- Finish with the chives, pepperoni and Parrilla salt.
