- Ginger (1 finger slice) | 1 unit(s)
- Kale (1 leaf) | 1 unit(s)
- Cucumber (1 slice of 2 fingers) | 1 unit(s)
- Juice of one lemon | 1 unit(s)
- Water | 150 ml
- Make the lemon juice, then add all the ingredients and place in the blender. Whisk until all ingredients are crushed. If you prefer, strain and ready to serve.
- TIP: add a slice of the bottom one, or change the lemon juice for orange.
