  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Natural Yogurt170 g
  • Coconut oil1/2 cup
  • Grated Fresh Coconut1 cup
  • Coconut milk to wet the cake150 ml
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. I did not use a blender or mixer because it is very quick to prepare this dough. I mixed the sugar and eggs well with a whisk, gradually adding the rest of the ingredients and finally the yeast. I didn't use all the grated coconut in the dough, I reserved half for decoration.
  2. I poured all the dough into my mold and baked in a preheated oven at 200° for 35 minutes.
  3. I removed it from the oven, waited to cool down, unmolded it, with a fork I made holes all over the cake and spread the coconut milk, finished with grated coconut.
