  • Dwarf Banana3 unit(s)
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Demerara or brown sugar1 cup
  • Olive oil or oil120 ml
  • Coconut milk or water120 ml
  • Rice flour2 cup
  • Baking soda1 teaspoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  1. Grease a baking sheet, set aside.
  2. Blend all the ingredients, except the baking powder and bicarbonate, in a blender until smooth.
  3. Add the yeast and bicarbonate of soda and mix carefully.
  4. Place the dough on the greased baking sheet, sprinkle sugar on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35 minutes or until the cake is inserted with a toothpick and it comes out clean.
  6. Wait for it to cool and unmold. Enjoy your food!
