- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper1 to taste
- Dried Oregano1 tablespoon
- Pinch of turmeric1 to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
- Sundried Tomatoes4 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Place the ricotta or tofu in a bowl, mash it with a fork, add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil and seasonings.
- Mix well, adjust the salt and set aside.
- zucchini pasta Cut the end of the zucchini slice lengthwise.
- On a board, open a slice, place the stuffing on the end and roll it up.
- Serve with sauce.
