- Green banana biomass1 cup
- Sunflower oil1/4 cup

- Cocoa powder1 cup
- Brown sugar1/2 cup
- 70% cocoa chocolate100 g
- Chestnuts to taste
- Beat the banana biomass, oil, eggs, cocoa and sugar in the processor until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- In a bain-marie or microwave, melt the chocolate, add to the dough, mixing gently.
- In a greased shape and covered with parchment paper, add the dough and chestnuts.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C. Then just serve.
