- Pupunha heart of palm in slices500 g
- Chopped Onion1 cup
- Minced garlic2 tablespoon
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- curry powder1 coffee spoon
- Garan Marsala Powder1 coffee spoon
- Chopped coriander to taste
- Lemon juice to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a skillet, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil;
- Add the cauliflower and cover to smother; After 5 min, uncover and place the heart of palm
- Saute everything until the texture is toothed; Add the spices and chopped coriander, adjust the salt and finish with squeezed lemon!
- Serve hot or cold, as a side dish or even in a salad!
