  • Pupunha heart of palm in slices500 g
  • Chopped Onion1 cup
  • Minced garlic2 tablespoon
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • curry powder1 coffee spoon
  • Garan Marsala Powder1 coffee spoon
  • Chopped coriander to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a skillet, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil;
  2. Add the cauliflower and cover to smother; After 5 min, uncover and place the heart of palm
  3. Saute everything until the texture is toothed; Add the spices and chopped coriander, adjust the salt and finish with squeezed lemon!
  4. Serve hot or cold, as a side dish or even in a salad!
