From Zucchini Noodles

- Zucchini200 g
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- After washing the zucchinis, cut them into very thin strips like a pasta. Or use a vegetable slicer for this (I usually use a grater, which also works great).
- Put a drizzle of oil in a skillet, sauté the garlic.
- Add the noodles, cover for 1 minute. Remove the lid and saute.
- Put the salt and homemade tomato sauce or your preference. Mix everything and that's it! Your fit noodles are ready.
