- Peeled, boiled and squeezed sweet potato500 g
- Parmesan cheese100 g
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sauce of your choice to taste
- In a bowl, place the sweet potatoes, cooked and squeezed, and add the other ingredients.
- Mix with your hands (using a silicone glove) and the dough will be uniform.
- On a cutting board, 🗡️ the rolls with the thickness of your preference and cut the gnocchi.
- Place part of the chosen sauce in a refractory and add the gnocchi. Cover with the rest of the sauce.
- Warm up in the microwave or oven, and sprinkle with Parmesan or cheese of your choice.
