  • Minced garlic2 unit(s)
  • Sliced Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Spoon of olive oil2 dessert spoon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. In a large, deep skillet, place the oil and let it heat up.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Add the green smell and sauté for about 2 minutes. Add the peas and sauté for about 8 minutes.
  3. When it is drying, add the slices of tomatoes, letting it boil until the sauce is very thick. When ready, break the eggs one by one into this sauce.
  4. Let it cook on low heat, covering the skillet so that all the eggs cook evenly on the breath. After placing the eggs, do not stir the sauce.
