  • Skimmed milk powder4 tablespoon
  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • Light cottage cheese1 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce4 tablespoon
  • Light cheese200 g
  • Ham150 g
  • Stuffing of your choice to taste
  1. Mix egg, powdered milk, cornstarch, curd, and finally the yeast
  2. Pour and spread on a non-stick pizza pan or one lined with paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Bake in the oven until golden on the bottom.
  4. Remove from the oven, turn the baked side up and assemble the pizza.
  5. Put it back in the oven until the bottom is golden and the cheese melts.
