- Start by cutting the peeled orange into 4 parts, remove only the seeds and the white core from the center of the orange (to avoid bittering). be well crushed. In a bowl put the flours and mix, add the blender mixture, mix everything until it is homogeneous, add the yeast. Put the dough in a greased shape with oil and take it to the oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
- Suggestion: Make a syrup with the juice of 2 oranges and 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar, and drizzle the cake, it's divine!
