  • Sweet Potato3 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Garlic20 g
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Cooked and shredded chicken breast500 g
  • Oat flour4 tablespoon
  • Extra virgin olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Light cottage cheese2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Saffron to taste
  • Spicy Paprika to taste
  1. Peel the potatoes and cook with little salt.
  2. When the potatoes are well cooked, turn off the heat and mash the potatoes.
  3. In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion in oil.
  4. Add the tomato, shredded chicken, seasonings and light curd
  5. Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool.
  6. Mix the sweet potato puree with the oatmeal and make balls.
  7. Open the dough and put the chicken and curd filling.
  8. Shape the drumstick as you wish.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
  10. Serve immediately
