- Recipe
- Sour cream400 ml
- 70% or Diet Chocolate200 g
- Unflavored Gelatin12 g
- Xilytol or Erythritol Sweetener50 g
- Diet granules20 g
- Melt the chocolate every 10 seconds in the microwave or in a bain-marie
- Dissolve the gelatin in 50ml of warm water
- Bring the cream to the boil until it boils
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and beat for 3 min.
- Pour into a 15cm greased mold if you want to remove it from the mold or put it in dessert pots
- Refrigerate for about 3 hours
- Unmold with the help of a spatula and decorate with diet sprinkles or chocolate shavings.
