- Oat bran50 g
- Chopped Mozzarella Cheese1 cup
- Cooked small broccoli1 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Chives1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Preheat the oven to 180º C. Grind the chicken breast, onion, broccoli, garlic and chives in a blender or food processor. Combine the crushed with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well until the dough is homogeneous. Then, model in the shape of 16 cookies. Distribute the dumplings on the ungreased non-stick roast and take it to the oven to bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
