- Oat flakes1 cup
- 100% cocoa powder1/2 cup
- Cinnamon powder1 dessert spoon
- Very Ripe Large Dwarf Banana2 unit(s)
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Diet semisweet chocolate chips1 cup
- Whole wheat flour1/2 cup
- Baking powder for cakes1/2 tablespoon
- Note: this cake does not contain sugar, so the bananas must be ripe. Place a banana in a bowl and mash it with a fork.
- Add the egg, cinnamon and coconut oil, stir well, then gradually add the chocolate powder and stir until dissolved.
- Add the oatmeal, the whole wheat flour TB gradually and stir to incorporate all the ingredients.
- Grease muffin tins with coconut oil or for pies if you don't have the first one, spoon a little of the dough, on top of a few drops of semisweet chocolate, and cover with another spoonful of dough. Do this in 4 molds.
- Decorate with pieces of banana.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
