  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Oil1/4 cup
  • Raisins1 cup
  • Oat flakes1 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Grease a loaf pan with oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Blend all ingredients in a blender, except the yeast.
  4. After beating a lot, add the yeast and beat quickly.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 40 minutes, or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
  6. Note: You can decorate with raisins on top or sliced bananas. Ahh, the cake doesn't need sugar because the raisins are sweet!
