- Mozzarella cheese150 g
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Pepperoni100 g
- Oregano to taste
- Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- First, cook the potato cut into pieces with the skin on, add a little salt to the water.
- When the potato is already cooked remove the water put it in a shape and the dough add a thread of oil over the potato. Now it has skin with black pepper and salt and bake for about 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, remove from the oven, add the tomato paste, the cheese, the oregano and the pepperoni after the curd. Stuffing is to taste you can use other ingredients.
- Take it to the oven again until the cheese starts to brown.
