  • Olive oil to taste
  • Minced garlic1/2 tablespoon
  • Chicken broth1 cup
  • Grated Parmesan100 g
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a frying pan, put the oil, then the garlic and the processed cauliflower.
  2. Before it browns and gains color add the chicken broth, and let it cook, obviously the cauliflower cooks much faster than the rice so pay attention!
  3. When it's at a cool point, add the Parmesan and butter and stir a lot to get creaminess, serve hot!
