- Olive oil to taste
- Minced garlic1/2 tablespoon
- Chicken broth1 cup
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a frying pan, put the oil, then the garlic and the processed cauliflower.
- Before it browns and gains color add the chicken broth, and let it cook, obviously the cauliflower cooks much faster than the rice so pay attention!
- When it's at a cool point, add the Parmesan and butter and stir a lot to get creaminess, serve hot!
