Eggs

Corte o bacon em cubos e frite em frigideira quente.

Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in a hot skillet.

Em uma tigela, coloque os ovos e a pitada de sal. Bata com um garfo por 30 segundos.

In a bowl, place the eggs and a pinch of salt. Beat with a fork for 30 seconds.

Quando o bacon estiver douradinho, abaixe o fogo no mínimo e adicione os ovos batidos e o requeijão (se quiser).

When the bacon is golden, lower the heat to a minimum and add the beaten eggs and cream cheese (if you like).

Vai mexendo em fogo baixo até chegar no ponto que você prefere. 

Stir over low heat until you reach the point you prefer.
