- grated carrot2 tablespoon
- Sliced Lettuce1 cup
- Chopped Chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- I peeled the orange, removed all the white part of the peel and cut it into cubes.
- I cut the cucumber into slices. I arranged it on a plate, on top of it the grated carrot and chives.
- Served with a simple olive oil, salt and lemon sauce.
