- Peel the pineapple and cut into finger-width slices.
- Wash the cabbage, remove a little of the central "stem" of the leaf and chop (This helps not to have those "lint").
- Cut the ginger to the size of a quarter of a cent.
- Make the bags with the pineapple slice, ginger and a "handful" of cabbage.
- YOU CAN ADD WHEN YOU ARE MAKING THE JUICE: LEMON, APPLE, ORANGE, PASSION FRUIT, ACEROLA...
- NOW THAT YOUR BAGS ARE READY, JUST ADD 200ML OF WATER OR JUICE FROM ANOTHER FRUIT AND THAT'S IT.
