- Grated coconut (no sugar)1 tablespoon
- 100% cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Clove powder to taste
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Chemical Yeast1/2 teaspoon
- Sweetener to taste
- Put all the ingredients in a refractory and mix everything until it's very homogeneous.
- After mixing well, place the dough in a mug and microwave for 2 minutes.
- OBS: the cupcake can be made in the skillet too, grease and leave it on low heat so it doesn't burn
