- 85% cocoa chocolate100 g
- Brazil nut50 g
- peanut40 g
- almonds40 g
- sunflower seed20 g
- pumpkin seed20 g
- Xylitol or Erythritol1 tablespoon
- Mix all the nuts and seeds and break them with a knife
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add the xylitol or erythritol
- Mix the chopped nuts and seeds in the chocolate
- Place the mixture in a silicone mold (or other container that you can unmold). Place in the freezer for 10 minutes and cut into 8 pieces.
