  • Wheat flour1/2 cup
  • Water200 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Panko flour1 cup
  • Lemon pepper2 teaspoon
  • Fresh chopped oregano to taste
  1. Cut off the ends of the zucchinis. Cut the zucchinis into sticks. Reserve
  2. Mix the flour, water, salt and pepper in a bowl to prepare the wet mixture. In another bowl, for the dry mixture, add the panko flour, lemon pepper and chopped fresh oregano.
  3. Dip the zucchini sticks into the wet mixture, then into the dry mixture, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. It's important to leave a space between the sticks so they don't stick together.
  4. Bake for approximately 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C.
  5. Wait for it to cool before serving.
