Mixed seeds (options: black and white sesame, flaxseed, chia, pumpkin, sunflower)2 tablespoon
Almond flour1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Mozzarella to taste

Beat the eggs with a fouet and seasonings and set aside;
Pre heat a frying pan and grease it with olive oil;
Place the seeds in the bottom and then the almond flour (spread evenly throughout the pan);
Pour the beaten eggs on top;
Cover the frying pan;
When it is almost firm, put the cheese and wait for it to melt;
Turn off the frying pan and fold as in the picture.
