Broccoli300 g
Onion0.5 unit(s)
Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
Sour cream cheese catupiry light2 tablespoon
Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
Olive oil1 dessert spoon
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Chop the broccoli very small and, with a cloth or paper towel, remove the excess liquid.
Heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until it starts to brown. Add the broccoli, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add the cottage cheese and mix well. Sprinkle Parmesan when serving.
