Ingredients

  • Couscous |  to taste
  • Cheese | 100 g
  • Ham | 100 g
  • Wheat Flour with Yeast | 1 dessert spoon

Recipe

  1. Place the couscous mass in a bowl with 1 cup of water, mix well and add 1 tablespoon of wheat flour with yeast and let it rest for 6 minutes;
  2. When it rests, put it in the microwave for 3 minutes when finished;
  3. Take the bread out of the bowl, cut it in half, add the cheese and ham and put it in the sandwich maker and in 1 minute it is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
