- Erythritol3 tablespoon

- Whey protein3 tablespoon
- Almond flour3 tablespoon
- Yeast1 teaspoon

- Beat 2 tablespoons of ointment point butter with 3 tablespoons of erythritol until smooth, mix in 1 egg and continue beating for 1 minute.
- Mix 3 tablespoons of whey protein and almond flour (or other flour of your choice) until you can make balls.
- Mix 1 tablespoon of yeast and chocolate chips. Make the balls, place in a non-stick shape leaving a space between them and take it to the oven preheated to 250 degrees until golden.
