Cashew Nuts (hydrated for 4 hours or cooked)
White raisins (or 4 tablespoons of sugar)
Coconut milk powder or % cup of green coox pulp
Medium cooked yams (approx 2 cups)
Pinch of salt
1 to taste
Beat cashews with a pinch of salt, raisins, coconut milk and water.
Adding the yams in the blender until it becomes a homogeneous cream.
Finally add the juice of 1 lemon and turn off the blender.
