  • Chayote cut in half2 unit(s)
  • Ground duckling400 g
  • Cream chesse or ricotta cream150 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion and garlic to taste
  • Spices to taste
  1. Saute the meat in the onion and garlic, season to taste. Reserve
  2. Remove the middle part of the chuchus, in order to leave a dimple to put the stuffing.
  3. Cook in salted water until soft but firm. drain
  4. Grease a Pyrex dish with butter and distribute the chayotes, place ground meat on each part and two spoons of cream cheese and grated cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until browned. It looks wonderful.
