Em uma tigela grande, bata todos os ingredientes exceto o fermento;

In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients except yeast;

Bata tudo muito bem, e em seguida adicione o fermento e misture delicadamente. A massa deve ter uma típica de massa de panqueca. Se ficar muito grossa, adicione um pouco mais de leite. Não acrescente demais, ou as panquecas ficarão muito \\\"molhadas\\\" e iram desmanchar;

Pré-aqueça uma frigideira antiaderente em fogo baixo;

Put some ghee or coconut oil in the bottom of the skillet;

Cuidadosamente com a ajuda de uma concha pequena, despeje um pouco da massa no centro da panqueca formando círculos pequenos;

Carefully with the help of a small ladle, pour some of the batter in the center of the pancake forming small circles;

Tampe e deixe dourar por cerca de 1 a 2 minutos, ou até que as bolhas comecem a se formar.

Cover and let brown for about 1 to 2 minutes, or until bubbles begin to form.

Vire e deixe dourar do outro lado por mais 1 a 2 minutos;

Flip and cook on the other side for another 1 to 2 minutes.
