Ingredients
- Chocolate 70% | 400 g
- Milk | 300 g
- Instant coffee powder | 4 tablespoon
- Xylitol | 100 g
Recipe
- In a pan, heat the milk with the xylitol and the coffee until it boils.
- In the blender add the chocolate and the heated milk mixture, beat until smooth.
- Take it to the freezer overnight when frozen take it to the mixer with the paddle and beat until it reaches a creamy texture
- Return to the freezer until serving time.
