Ingredients
- Chocolate 70% | 500 g
- Sour cream | 350 g
- Whole milk | 300 g
- Xylitol | 150 g
Recipe
- Heat the cream and milk in a pan.
- Place the chocolate in the blender, then the milk cream with heated milk and wait 1 min.
- Add the xylitol and beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Place in the freezer until completely hardened.
- Beat in the mixer with the racket until you get a creamy consistency and immediately return to the freezer for 2 hours.
- Keep in the freezer until serving time.
