Ingredients

  • Chocolate 70% | 500 g
  • Sour cream | 350 g
  • Whole milk | 300 g
  • Xylitol | 150 g

Recipe

  1. Heat the cream and milk in a pan.
  2. Place the chocolate in the blender, then the milk cream with heated milk and wait 1 min.
  3. Add the xylitol and beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  4. Place in the freezer until completely hardened.
  5. Beat in the mixer with the racket until you get a creamy consistency and immediately return to the freezer for 2 hours.
  6. Keep in the freezer until serving time.
