Ingredients

• Eggs | 3 unit(s)
• Grated Coconut | 50 g
• Cocoa | 2 tablespoon
• Demerara sugar | 4 tablespoon
• Melted butter | 2 tablespoon
• Gluten-free oat flour | 1 cup
• Baking powder | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

1. Beat everything in the blender without the flour and yeast to homogeneous.
2. Add the flour and beat more, finally the yeast (don't beat the yeast too much).
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
