Chickpea pie

Para a massa : Coloque o grão de bico de molho por no mínimo 8h . Depois ter feito isso ,descarte a água e leve para cozinhar em panela de pressão com água cobrindo os grãos e coloque sal .Deixa  cozinhar até da pressão, desligue o fogo ,grão de bico vai está pronto. 

For the pasta: Soak the chickpeas for at least 8 hours. After you have done that, discard the water and cook in a pressure cooker with water covering the grains and add salt. Let it cook until pressure is reached, turn off the heat, the chickpeas will be ready.

Em um processador ou liquidificador coloca  o grão de bico ,meia cebola pequena e dois dentes de alho ,uma colher de café de chimichurri. Em seguida coloque a massa em forma untada com azeite e leve ao forno por 15 minutos 

In a food processor or blender, place the chickpeas, half a small onion and two cloves of garlic, and a teaspoon of chimichurri. Then put the dough in a greased shape with olive oil and take it to the oven for 15 minutes.

Recheio : Em uma panela coloque meia cebola picada com uma colher de sopa de manteiga .Refogue e acrescente o espinafre, sal ,creme de leite e uma colher de goma tapioca ou polvilho azedo. Mexa por alguns minutos e em seguida ,desligue o fogo e deixa esfriar. 

Stuffing: In a pan, place half a chopped onion with a tablespoon of butter. Sauté and add the spinach, salt, cream and a spoon of tapioca gum or sour starch. Stir for a few minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool.

Para finalizar, retirar a massa do forno e coloque recheio por cima e leva ao forno por 10 minutos.  Estará pronto para servir 

To finish, remove the dough from the oven and put stuffing on top and take it to the oven for 10 minutes. will be ready to serve
