- Sour cream200 g
- Cottage cheese200 g
- Ham150 g
- Mozzarella150 g
- Salt and Oregano to taste
- Pre-cook the cauliflower with salt and place on a baking sheet.
- Mix the cream and cream cheese and pour over the cauliflower.
- Spread the ham and mozzarella on top, sprinkle with the oregano and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 15 minutes or until golden. Yummy 😋
