Place the cauliflower bouquet in a food processor or blender and pulse until it has a grainy appearance (prevent it from having a puree texture). If you prefer, you can use a grater.
Then, put the oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic and onion for approximately 2 minutes until golden.
Add the cauliflower, hot water and then season with salt. Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes on low heat or until the water dries up.
Turn off the heat and finish adding the parsley, according to your taste. Ready to just serve totally healthy is delicious.
