Ingredients

  • Cauliflower | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove | 1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil | 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped Onion |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Green Spice |  to taste
  • Water | 400 ml

Recipe

  1. Finely chop the cauliflower or run it in a food processor.
  2. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the ground cauliflower and cook for about 6 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. When serving, add the green seasoning.
  4. Tip: The advantage is that a serving of 100grs of cauliflower rice has only 24kcal, while white rice in the same amount has 300kcal.
