- Chopped Onion to taste

- Green Spice to taste
- Water400 ml
- Finely chop the cauliflower or run it in a food processor.
- Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the ground cauliflower and cook for about 6 minutes or until cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. When serving, add the green seasoning.
- Tip: The advantage is that a serving of 100grs of cauliflower rice has only 24kcal, while white rice in the same amount has 300kcal.
