- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Clean the cauliflower and cut the flowers (you can use the stalk!). Steam it until it is very soft. We do not advise cooking in water, because it interferes with the texture of the puree.
- With the cauliflower still hot, process it gradually with olive oil, salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Is ready!
