- Cauliflower500 g
- Salt to taste
- Water to taste
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Onion2 tablespoon
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- shredded mozzarella cheese200 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Cook the cauliflower for approximately 10 minutes, do not let it cook too long, leave it set aside.
- In a pan, brown the onion and garlic in the oil, then place the cream in the pan, let it boil, as soon as it boils, turn off the fire, put the grated mozzarella cheese and let it melt completely until it forms a cream.
- Arrange your cauliflower on a platter pour the cream on top add more grated mozzarella cheese on top to taste and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until browned and serve hot.
