Separate the cauliflower bouquets and leave for 3 to 4 minutes.
Do not wash, then cut them into pieces and separate.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Grease a non-stick baking sheet with oil.
Place in a bowl and mix all the ingredients and knead to incorporate with 1 spoon.
Make the dumplings and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake for 18 minutes, turning halfway through to brown both sides.
