  • Whole cauliflower1 unit(s)
  • Ground duckling200 g
  • Lactose free milk100 ml
  • Light cottage cheese1 tablespoon
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Light Mozzarella Cheese100 g
  • Flour1 tablespoon
  1. Cook the whole cauliflower in a pan with boiling water and salt.
  2. Saute the ground duckling well, season with salt and pepper.
  3. With the braised meat and the cooked cauliflower fill the spaces in the cauliflower with the braised meat (you can substitute turkey breast)
  4. In the blender, beat the milk, the curd and the flour, season with salt and pepper and take it to the fire until it thickens.
  5. As soon as it thickens, pour it over the cauliflower covering it whole, finish with the grated cheese and take it to the preheated oven until the cheese is browned.
